New symbols for US straight run fuel oil assessments

The following symbols have been created for US Gulf Coast and Atlantic Coast straight run fuel oil assessments. They will be published on PGF764 and PGF765 as well as in Platts US Marketscan and Platts North American Crude and Products Scan.

The launch date is December 1, 2015.
