Platts backfills FO1% Brg Swaps ARA for 2008 and 2007

Effective November 17, 2010, Platts has backfilled the midpoint for the FO1% Brg Swaps ARA for the years 2008 and 2007.

This affects dispatch category DR and please refer to PGA 633.

Platts will continue to backfill this series until complete.
