New symbols for ISO real-time average prices and heat rates

The following symbols have been created for real-time average on-peak and off-peak auction prices from US and Canadian independent system operator (ISO) markets and marginal heat rates. The data will start updating in November 2014, and also will be published in Megawatt Daily.
