Platts has changed the code descriptions for its Hungarian power market assessments to reflect the OTC market, for which they were intended, rather than assessments of contracts on the Hungarian Power Exchange (HUPX).
The change will become effective on Friday October 14, 2011.
All codes now in market data center ET will be switched to MDC EE, all descriptions will be changed from HUPX to HU.
