Open interest and volume backfills for ICE WTI September 5 and 13

Due to an administrative error, open interest and volume for ICE WTI futures contract(symbols in Market Data category TW and with prefix 'XIIC') with effective dates September 5th and 13th, 2012 were not updated. Platts is going to backfill shortly.
