New and updated exchange rates MOC symbols

The following symbols have been created in Market Data category FX, and they will start updating early October.

The following existing symbols have had their descriptions adjusted to reflect Market on Close(MOC) and some of them had their currency code (Curr) revised. Symbols in EX category have also been assigned to FX category to update in both categories until EX category is removed from them on December 1, 2012.
