New symbols for LNG bunker posting in Vancouver

The following symbols have been created for the monthly prices for LNG bunker fuel posted by FortisBC in Vancouver in both $/mmBTU and $/MT formats. They will appear on PGB page 0868 and in Platts Bunkwire. They are scheduled to update on October 2, 2017.
