New sulfur content symbols for Japan Domestic A-Fuel

The following sulfur content symbols for Japan Domestic A-Fuel have been created in Market Data categories JPR (Oil Products: Japan Domestic Oil Products Racks) and JPO (Oil Products: Japan Domestic Oil Products Waterborne). They will also appear on Platts Global Alert pages PGA 2016 and PGA 2020. They are scheduled to begin updating October 1st, 2019.
