New Jet Fuel Russia Export Duty symbol in $/MT

The following symbol has been created for Jet Fuel Russia Export Duty assessment in Dollar per metric ton. The daily assessment will appear on PGA pages PGA 1440 (in the Netback Components section) and 1106. The assessment changes monthly, but and is used every day for calculating the jet netback hence it is published daily.
