New petroleum rack price symbols

Platts has created new symbols for petroleum product rack (wholesale) prices in various regional dispatch categories. Platts rack prices are provided by Telvent/DTN.

Most of the new symbols result from the addition of two new suppliers:

* GE Warren - George E Warren Corporation, Denver, CO * ECE - East Coast Energy, Columbia, SC
