Bate addition for European aluminum premium symbols

In response to industry requests, effective August 31, Platts will begin publishing monthly averages of the high and low ends of the daily price ranges for its European aluminum P1020 premiums in warehouse Rotterdam. As such, we are adding midpoint bates to the Daily (weekdays) symbols, and Low / High bates to the Monthly average symbols for the European aluminum premium assessments.
