New FO 3.5%S 500 CST Rotterdam barge symbols in Euro/mt

The following symbols have been created for RMK 500 CST Rotterdam barge assessment in Euro per metric ton. The daily assessment will appear on PGA pages 1118, 1512, 1119, and 1513 as well as in Platts European Marketscan, Oilgram Price Report, and US Marketscan. They will start updating in September, 2014.
