Discontinuations of Japan domestic oil products waterborne MDC and most symbols

As announced before and effective October 1, 2020, Platts is going to discontinue Market Data category JPO (Oil Products: Japan Domestic Oil Products Waterborne) and most symbols under the category except the following four symbols.

On October 1, 2020, these four symbols will be moved from JPO to JPR category (Oil Products: Japan Domestic Oil Products Racks), and will be discontinued on April 1, 2021.
