Platts to launch supplemental NYH CBOB/RBOB ratables

Effective September 1, 2011 Platts will launch supplemental CBOB/RBOB ratables for NY Harbor. The supplemental assessments and RVP levels will be published on PGA 316, in the US Marketscan, Oilgram price Report.
