Bate change for Caustic Soda Domestic China price

The following symbol has had its bates changed from lh (low, high) to lhc (low, high, and close). Platts will make further announcement when the "c" bate is backfilled with historic data. The "c" bate will start updating from August 1, 2013 onwards.
