Duplicative steel price series merge and historical data backfills

As previously announced and on August 1, 2013, Platts will harmonize and integrate steel, scrap, and other raw material prices published by both Platts and the former SBB(following the Platts acquisition of SBB on July 1, 2011). Prior to the data merge, Platts will backfill available former SBB prices, Old Price Name (Series), to the corresponding New Price Name (Series). Please note that historical data is weekly while new price series are mostly daily.
