New marine fuel bunker symbols

The marine fuel bunker symbols have been created in Market Data category BA (Bunkers). They will appear on Platts Bunkerwire. They will also appear on Platts Shipping Alert Pages SHP0210 and SHP0211 and Platts Bunker Alert Pages PGB2850 and PGB2851.
