Description change for New Platts PPC Met Coal price assessment

The following new Platts PPC Met Coal symbol has the term 'Wkly' added to its description to bring it in line with all the other PPC Met Coal assessments. This assessments, along with the other PPC Met Coal assessments will be published in Coal Trader International and Platts Coal Alert page GC1050, and also in Market Data category CI from August 3, 2015.
