North American Power and Gas M2MS year description changes

Effective immediately, some of our North American Gas & Power M2MS curves have had their descriptions adjusted to be consistent within similar curves. This adjustment has no effect on the symbols or data.

Previously, some of our M2MS descriptions had two-digit expiry years. Those have now been changed to four-digit. Here's an example of the adjustment:

From: South Path 15 M2M Mo OPk Dec 30 To: South Path 15 M2MS Mo OPk Dec 2030
