Platts to launch Singapore 500 CST fuel oil assessments

Platts will launch a new daily price assessment for 500 CST fuel oil on an ex-wharf and delivered basis for the Singapore market with effect from August 15, 2011.

Platts will also launch monthly average symbols for these, which will be effective September 1, 2011, for the August 2011 monthly averages.

Daily assessments will be published in Platts Bunkerwire (TX 811) and PGB (Bunker add-on/Marine alert) 980.
