New Kuwait OSP Europe and US Outright and Differential symbols

The following symbols have been created for Kuwait OSPs to Europe and the US, both for outright and differentials prices. They will appear on Platts Global Alert pages PGA 1060, as well as in Market Data category OS. They are scheduled to begin updating in July 2016.
