Platts to add three North American gas points

Following feedback from market participants, Platts will begin publishing natural gas spot prices for two new monthly locations -- Emerson, Viking GL and Leidy Hub -- and one new daily location -- White River Hub.

Leidy Hub monthly bidweek assessment and Emerson, Viking GL bidweek assessment will both appear in Inside FERC'S Gas Market Report, Energy Trader and Gas Daily Price Guide.

White River Hub daily assessment will appear in Gas Daily in the 'Rockies' section of the 'Daily price Survey' and under the 'Rockies/Northwest' section of Energy Trader's 'Daily spot gas prices.'

Launch date is scheduled for August 1, 2011.
