Platts to publish new US natural gas locations July 1, 2009

As previously announced, prices for three new daily and monthly bidweek natural gas locations -- Lebanon Hub, Northern Border Ventura Transfer Point, and Trunkline Zone 1A -- will begin updating June 30 for flow date July 1, 2009. These prices will be published in Gas Daily, Inside FERC's Gas Market Report, Platts Energy Trader and Natural Gas Alert, and delivered to data subscribers in the dispatch categories indicated below. During internal testing of the new symbols for two of the points, Lebanon Hub and Trunkline Zone 1A, raw test data for some symbols was sent to data subscribers by mistake. Subscribers should disregard this data. The symbols for all three new locations will begin updating on or after June 30. Any erroneously-delivered test data will be deleted at that time. Below, as previously published, are the new locations and the associated codes created in dispatch categories GD and GM.

Lebanon Hub: Deliveries to or from Texas Gas Transmission Corp., ANR Pipeline Co., Texas Eastern Transmission Corp., Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line Co., Columbia Gas Transmission Corp., Dominion Gas Transmission Inc. and Rockies Express Pipeline at interconnects in the Lebanon, Ohio, area.

Trunkline, Zone 1A: Deliveries to Trunkline Gas Co. in Zone 1A from the discharge side of its Longville, Louisiana, compressor station north to the suction side of its Dyersburg, Tennessee, station, as well as transactions at Trunkline's Zone 1A pool.

Northern Border, Ventura Transfer Point: Deliveries on Northern Border Pipeline Co. at its Ventura Transfer point (DRN# 125771). This location is designed to capture gas traded on Northern Border at Ventura that is not traded for delivery to Northern Natural Gas Co. at the Northern Natural/Northern Border Ventura interconnect (DRN#4680).
