Freq and description change for Ethylene and Propylene symbols

The following Ethylene and Propylene symbols are daily rolling averages but they were incorrectly set up as monthly average (MAvg). As such, Platts is amending the frequency to Daily Weekdays (DW), and also the description to reflect daily rolling average. These symbols appear on Platts Petrochemicals Alert page PCA 543, as well as in Market Data category HO.
