New Propylene M1/M2 symbols and upcoming description change

The following M1/M2 Propylene symbols have been created. They will appear in PCA 870 and PCA 309. The expected launch date is July 1, 2015.

The following existing symbols will have their descriptions amended to reflect M1 effective July 1 , 2015. HO PHAXJ04 lhc 2 DW USC LB Propylene Poly Grade FD USG cts/lb Weekly HO PHBCD03 lhc 3 MA USC LB Propylene Poly Grade FD USG cts/lb MAvg
