New EU country specific sugar symbols

The following EU country specific sugar symbols have been created. They will appear in Kingsman EU Sugar Market Report and Platts Agriculture Alert page PAA and 1432 and 1514, as well as in Market Data category SG. They are scheduled to begin updating on July 1st, 2016.
