New Scrap and Iron Ore ratio symbols

The following scrap and iron ore ratio symbols have been created. They will appear in publications Steel Markets Daily and Platts Metals Alert PMA1318, 1323, and 1362 as well as in Market Data category ST. They are scheduled to begin updating July 1, 2016.
