Adds, changes for Canadian crude and Caribbean product postings

As part of a project to expand and improve our coverage of North American crude and petroleum product postings, Platts is adding a number of new symbols and adjusting the descriptions for many existing ones.

The new symbols will begin updating shortly. The adjustments align our descriptions more closely with those used by suppliers.

The current adds and changes affect symbols for Canadian crude and Caribbean product postings.
