Additional new and updated Methanol FOB USG symbols

The following Methanol FOB USG symbols have been created. New codes have been created for M1 and M2 as well as their according monthly averages. They will appear in PCA 872 and PCA 234 and the expected launch date is May 1, 2015.

The following existing symbol will have its description revised to reflect month 1: AU PHACF00 lhc 2 WA USD MT Methanol FOB USG $/mt M1 Wkly
