Platts adds flat price instruments to eWindow for USGC product benchmarks

Effective Monday, April 13, 2020, S&P Global Platts has added flat rate instruments into the eWindow communication tool for its Market on Close assessment process for US Gulf Coast benchmarks.

Platts will publish flat price bids, offers, and intentions to trade in its MOC process for Gulf Coast jet fuel, ULSD, heating oil, finished gasoline, CBOB, and RBOB, as well as their waterborne counterparts in the eWindow communication tool. Instruments for differentials to the underlying NYMEX futures will remain unchanged.
