New FX exchange rate monthly average symbol

The following symbol has been created as a monthly average for the spot FX exchange rate between the Canadian and US dollars sourced from Tullet Prebon (CADUS00). It will appear in Market Data category FX and is scheduled to begin updating in June for May average.
