Platts to backfill some European natural gas monthly averages

On January 24, 2011 platts announced plans to publish monthly averages of key European spot gas market price assessments in a full range of currency conversions. In this announcement we announced some replacement codes i.e, EG GNCVD03 c 2 MA GBC THR UK NBP DA MAvg p/th (replaces NGAAB03) EG GNCVM03 c 2 MA GBC THR UK NBP MA MAvg p/th (replaces NGAAF03) EG GZBVD03 c 2 MA GBC THR Zeebrugge DA MAvg p/th (replaces AADOO00) EG GZBVM03 c 2 MA GBC THR Zeebrugge MA MAvg p/th (replaces AADRA00)

Platts will backfill the close (c) bates only for the above replacement codes on April 11, 2011.

At that time, Platts will formally discontinue the following codes: NGAAB03, NGAAF03, AADOO00 and AADRA00. Subscribers who wish to receive history for the high and low ranges for these codes may request them from Platts Customer Care.
