Description change for CCI Metallurgical Coal symbols

The following Metallurgical Coal and Freight symbol descriptions have been changed to align them with the Platts-Fenwei CCI (China Coal Index) brand. These symbols will appear on PMA, Steel Markets Daily, Coal Trader International and Coal Alert, and are scheduled to launch on April 13th, 2015.
