Reactivation of USGC gasoline CBOB pipeline symbols

The following USGC gasoline CBOB pipeline symbols have been reactivated for April 6, 2016 relaunch. The daily symbols will appear on PGA 332 and in Platts US Marketscan and Oilgram Price report, and the monthly symbol on PGA 333.
