The following codes were created in dispatch category RP. They represent the daily crude outright price at London MOC (Market on Close) and a daily differential to Dated Brent.

All symbols also have monthly averages.

Daily symbols are represented by an unspecified (u) bate, monthly averages are represented by a close (c) bate.

All symbols are measured in US$/bbl and carry 2 decimal places.

These new assessments will be published together with current assessments and are not replacements for existing symbols.

These new daily assessments will be published in the Chinawire, APAGscan, Crude Oil Marketwire, Platts Oilgram Price Report and on PGA page 328

Launch date is scheduled for April 20, 2009.
