Platts introduces NW Europe Indexed Natgas Indicators

The following codes were created in dispatch category EG.

They represent indicators of natural gas prices in North West Europe, which are derived from a formula based on Platts historic gasoil and fuel oil prices.

The first 9 OINI (Oil Indexed Natgas Indicator) codes will be updated on a monthly basis.

The indicators' differential against UK NBP and Dutch TTF will be published on a daily basis.

All the indicators and their differentials with UK NBP and Dutch TTF will be published in European Gas Daily and European Power Alert (page number TBD).

Launch date is scheduled for mid-April 2009.
