New metals symbols for currency/UOM conversion

The following metals symbols have been created to reflect their new currency (USD) and UOM (MT) to existing symbols. They will be published in the World Steel Review and Market Data category SQ Metals: Steel Asia. The expected launch date is March 30, 2015.
