Addition of low, high bates for monthly assessment of OCTG trade

Platts will formalize its current market reporting of Chinese seamless Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG) export trade, by launching a monthly spot price assessment. This is an assessment of the price on the last working day of each month. The assessment reflects changes in price over the month.

Launch date is scheduled for March 31, 2014.
