Changes to M2M heat rates symbols

The following changes have been made for the newly created M2M heat rates symbols, which started updating on February 27, 2017. Due to the unit change, data corrections have been made for February 27.

1) The decimals have been decreased from 2 to 0. 2) The currency has been updated from USD to N/A. 3) The unit of measurement has been updated from MGW (Megawatt Hours) to BKH (BTU/Kilowatt Hour).
