New Norwegian crude and Norwegian condensate symbols

The following Norwegian crude grade Alvheim and Norwegian condensate Asgard symbols have been created. They will appear in Platts Global Alert page PGA1212, publication Platts Crude Oil Marketwire, and also in Market Data category RI. These symbols are scheduled to begin updating on March 1st, 2017.
