Platts expands loading port for NWE PX, toluene, SM assessments

Platts is expanding the loading port basis for its current Northwest Europe paraxylene, toluene and styrene assessments from the current FOB Rotterdam basis to FOB Amsterdam-Rotterdam-Antwerp (FOB ARA).

Description changes will take place February 24, 2012, and are effective as of March 1, 2012.
