A reminder for bate switch for European Emission symbols

This is a reminder that on February 15th, 2016, Platts will add 'c' (close) bate to the following European Emission symbols and move the available prices from current 'u' (unspecified) to 'c' bate. The 'u' bate will be removed simultaneously. Platts has made amendments to the previous list sent out on the original announcement on January 15th, 2016, so please refer to the updated list below.
