Corrected location for Russian domestic crude netback

On January 27, 2012, Platts announced a set of codes for Russian crude netbacks.

These codes will appear on PGA page 1226 and 1227 beginning February 20, 2012.

An error was made in the location of the following code and has been corrected to:
