Discontinuations of inactive Market Data categories

The following Market Data categories either have stopped updating for a long time (PA, EJ, ZA, IC, IA) or have never been used (HX, ULC, USC,AHC, ALC, RHC, RSC).

There are no symbols in these MDCs. On February 26, 2021, Platts is going to discontinue and remove them from all the data feed.
