Renaming and standardization of Oil Forward Curves symbol descriptions

On February 23rd 2018, S&P Global Platts is aligning the symbol descriptions in Market Data categories DA, DR, DU relative to Oil Forward Curves. The word "Financial" replaces the word "Swap". Moreover, in order to provide better transparency, the name of the underlying spot market appears more clearly in the symbol description of the curves.

The amendments have been done consistently across the three regions and do not affect the data.
