On January 23, 2017, Platts will implement a new bate code, t bate, in Market Data. Currently there are no symbols with t bate. The new bate represents number of transactions or trades, also known as "deal count" in North America. The daily CSV files on Platts.com will be modified by adding a column "Trades(t)".
For the FTP, CSV, sym and XML test files, copy and paste the entire link below into your browser: http://www.platts.com/IM.Platts.Content/Downloads/Data/t bate test files.zip
