New symbols for European power/natgas forward assessments

Platts has created new symbols in market data categories GF and PE for European power and natural gas forward assessments for delivery years 2012-2015. These new symbols are 'clones' of the corresponding symbols for delivery year 2011.

The 2013-15 symbols have been set up in anticipation of future needs, and will begin updating starting in 2012.
