Platts to suspend publication of market information for Black Sea markets

S&P Global Platts would like to clarify that due to uncertainty regarding the escalation of the Russia-Ukraine conflict it will not publish any bids, offers, trades or indicative market values for any commodities loading or delivering in the Black Sea.

Platts will continue to review the situation as it develops.

Platts will continue to publish assessments for these markets where they can be based on previously established relative spreads, netbacks, derivatives prices and other data.

In certain markets, Platts will not publish assessments on Feb. 24, 2022, where no relevant, relative data is immediately available.

A list of affected assessments that will not be published will be provided shortly.
