Delays and cancellations of hydrogen projects, along with the ambitious expansion plans of electrolyzer suppliers, have created a significant imbalance between substantial supply capacity and weak demand in China.
The oversupply and consequently thin profit margins in the Chinese domestic market have prompted Chinese electrolyzer manufacturers to seek opportunities in international markets.
