BP notified local regulators it was beginning scheduled maintenance at its 242,000 b/d Cherry Point refinery in Ferndale, Washington, between March 25-28, according to a filing made with local regulators made available to S&P Global Commodity Insights March 29.
"This planned activity is scheduled to occur between March 22 and March 28, 2022. During this time, scheduled maintenance of process equipment will be conducted," BP's filing with the Northwest Clean Air Agency, made March 24, said.
A spokesperson for BP was not immediately available to discuss what units were involved and how long the planned activity was expected to last.
